Our co-design practice is led by our director, Mel Lambert, who has many years experience as a co-design practitioner and leader in not-for-profit & government agencies in the UK and South Australia.


We work with clients to clarify the problem they are trying to solve and identify the key stakeholders and voices of lived experience to be involved in co-designing solutions. We then work with you to design a safe, inclusive and empowering approach to co-design, from research to prototyping and implementation.

Strategic planning & advice

Our strategic support is jointly led by Paul & Mel Lambert. Paul draws on his extensive executive, government and major projects experience, with a particular focus on the integration of digital strategy with health and human services. We combine this with Mel's "people first" and co-design approaches to deliver engaging and challenging experiences for leadership teams and organisations seeking to develop, refine or review organisational or work-unit strategies.

The Think Human team specialises in designing and facilitating tailored sessions for small and large groups, from community settings to Ministerial forums, online or offline. Co-designed with the client, all our sessions are highly interactive and engaging, with Kelly, our lived experience consultant providing specialist advice on inclusion and access. Drawing on a range of in-house frameworks and external resources, you can be confident that each session will be unique!

Think Human can offer both coaching and mentoring services and can work with you to tailor a bespoke package that meets your needs or those of your team, including one-off sessions, individual coaching and mentoring packages and team coaching and mentoring.


We can offer general organisational coaching services to support problem solving and career progression, with a particular focus on later career transitions and intergenerational dynamics. Our mentoring services focus particularly on emerging and senior leadership in health and human services.

Our transition programs are where we practice what we preach in terms of co-design! Drawing on our expertise in coaching, change management and service design, all our transition programs are co-designed with people navigating transition in life or work. 


We can offer individual, small group, and large-scale transition programs for people navigating a workplace change process, a career transition or significant life transition.
