In 2019, Think Human is introducing Bridging the Silos, a new product offering to help organisations, businesses and industries develop the skills and competencies they need to collaborate for better outcomes and more humane and productive workplaces. We are developing this suite of services in response to the needs we see repeatedly in organisations across all industries, where silos created around subject-matter expertise and differentiated service offerings lead to information bottle-necks, poor communication and fragmented practice. This ultimately results in unproductive and inefficient work practices and impacts negatively on the end customer outcomes.
